As of Monday, May 18th.
- The Main location downtown will be re-opening the lobby. The South Story Branch’s lobby will remain closed until further notice. BOTH drive-up locations will remain open with normal hours.
- Until further notice the Main location’s lobby will be closed on Saturday. The drive-up and walk-up window will still be available. If you should need into your safe deposit box, please call 515-432-6200 to schedule an appointment.
We want to ensure all of our customers that we have safety measures in place to protect and serve our community and employees.
Although our lobby is open, we ask that customers utilize our drive-up if possible.
